With over 50 years of combined award-winning experience, NC Custom is a top-40 ASI Supplier, and a leading diversified manufacturer of 3,000 items ranging across confectionery, mints, chocolate, hard goods, health and beauty, wellness, premium apparel, and soft goods, servicing distributors in the promotional products industry.
We are currently looking for a well-rounded Sales Support Administrator.
The Sales Support Administrator role involves sales support, operations, and administrative responsibilities. The individual in this critical role will support our senior management team, our largest national accounts (promotional products), and our division trade show needs.
Through training, you will be responsible for acquiring a deep knowledge of our product lines and will work with customers to make recommendations to enhance their online presence.
This position requires working on-site between both our Hicksville and Ronkonkoma locations. The ideal candidate must be driven and focused to enhance key accounts, improve sales processes, and help drive revenue growth, while working closely with other departments (Operations Team, Sales Team, and Graphic Art Team).

Key Responsibilities
The ideal individual will enjoy working on a variety of tasks and projects centered around eCommerce, sales, operations, and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to sales representatives to ensure seamless account and order management
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams to keep projects moving forward efficiently
- Manage professional email correspondence related to quotes, orders, samples, proofs, and approvals
- Proactively follow up with clients to secure approvals and maintain sales momentum
- Prepare accurate and detailed sales quotes, including pricing, product specifications, and turnaround times
- Order, track, and distribute product samples for sales and client review
- Create digital and virtual mockups for customer review using provided artwork and branding
- Revise proofs based on feedback and obtain final client approvals
- Communicate with internal departments regarding product availability, production schedules, and timelines
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Maintain organized and accurate records for quotes, proofs, samples, and orders
- Proficiency in Excel and a love of spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce accurate daily reports as needed
- Proven ability to learn and use multiple operating systems (including proprietary systems such as Profit Maker)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
- Prior administrative and/or sales support experience in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and pleasant phone manner for incoming and outgoing calls
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- On-site: Hicksville and Ronkonkoma (set schedule to be discussed)
