What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support position at Topjet Sales Inc?
Customer Interaction: Handling customer questions through emails and taking occasional phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
Order Management: Using our website dashboard to review new orders, send POs, and send tracking numbers. .
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability: You are someone who is consistently on time and ready to work.
Attention to Detail: You double-check your work to make sure orders are correct.
Basic Tech Skills: You are comfortable using a computer, answering phone and typing emails.
Communication: You can speak and write clearly and politely.
Hours: 12 PM to 5PM Monday thru Friday
Pay: $20.00 per hour
