Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer communications (calls and emails)
- Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolve order and delivery issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Build strong customer relationships with a service-first mindset
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our extensive product offerings
- Document all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems
- 2 years of experience in customer service or call center support, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC usage
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with confections, foodservice, or large product catalogs a plus
