Duties
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Assist with merchandising by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately.
- Conduct product demos to engage customers and promote new items.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and assist in supervising junior staff when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving cashiering or customer service.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members effectively.

Requirements
- Must be able to work evening shifts to closing. Some days closing is 9PM and other days Midnight.
- Weekend availability is necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
