What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Nash Bros?
We are hiring for a Line Cook position for our fast-paced Nashville Hot Chicken and Smashburger kitchen. You will prep, cook, and keep your station clean while working quickly during busy rushes. Must be comfortable on your feet in a high-volume environment with the ability to work well with others.
What You'll Do
- Cook fried chicken, smash burgers, and sides
- Prep ingredients and maintain a clean station
- Follow food safety standards
- Work fast and support the team
What We're Looking For
- Kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills & ability to handle a busy line
- Reliable, quick, and able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work 5pm-closing shifts (REQUIRED)
