Backed by more than 50 years of manufacturing experience, we operate six advanced production and engineering facilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, supported by a team of over 1,000 skilled employees.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:Assist the Manager in meeting annual revenue targets by contributing to strategic sales planning and ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives.Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations, offering direction and support to the broader sales team.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while helping shape strategic account development plans.Handle all customer interactions and sales inquiries across phone, email, and customer portal platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.Create and deliver sales presentations, proposal materials, and internal reports to reinforce strategic sales efforts.Track key sales metrics, evaluate performance trends, and recommend actions to enhance overall results.Stay current on product updates and developments while ensuring team members receive the information and training they need.Travel primarily within the United States, with occasional international trips as required.Qualifications:Minimum of one (1) year of B2B experience in sales or customer service within a similar industry, supporting Tier 1 suppliers and/or OEM clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Customer-focused mindset.
