The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. Job Summary

Job Summary

The Creative Media & Arts Education Program Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support for instructional programs, Career Technical Education (CTE), Apprenticeships, Golden State Pathways Program Technical Assistance (GSPP) and Prop 28 Arts initiatives, including the development and implementation of video production and media arts programs for students in Preschool –12th grade. The position supports hands-on, project-based learning opportunities that build student creativity, communication, collaboration, technical filmmaking skills, and career awareness while partnering with schools, community organizations, and industry professionals to expand equitable access to arts and media education.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid California CTE credential in Arts, Media, and Design and/or valid California Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teaching Credential.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Career Technical Education (CTE), media arts education, workforce development, or related educational leadership roles.

•Experience working across educational systems, including school districts, county offices of education, community organizations, and industry partners.
