NAFI Connecticut provides programs, consultation, and support services in a variety of settings across Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. Brief Job Description:

We are exploring candidates for a Full-time community-based Therapist position for our evidence-based PLL model. Position will serve English-speaking clients, run groups, and conduct weekly home visits with families throughout the Westchester County area. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Complete intakes and basic assessments for new families.
• Provide family therapy using the PLL model (We will provide training in this model) 
• Co-lead small PLL groups with a Case Manager.
• Help families set goals and stay on track.
• Connect youth and families to helpful community resources.
• Offer flexible support, including occasional evenings.
• Work closely with DSS and the treatment team to support family needs.
• Keep clear, timely notes on services provided.
• Be part of a supportive team and participate in regular team meetings.
• Provide occasional on-call support as needed.

 Desired Qualifications:

• Education (Required): Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Licensure (Required): License eligible (Preferred): License eligible, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• Experience (Required): Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or a related area
