What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Payroll Administrator position at The Pool Therapist?
The Payroll Administrator must be comfortable working in a small company. Salary will be based on experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in ADP for our payroll system; information may include employees hourly rates, salaries, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
- Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions.
- Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.
- Issues, or reissues, physical or replacement checks due to payroll errors or final discharge.
- Mange remote time at attendance system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Pet friendly office.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially EXCEL or related software.
- Must be proficient in ADP for payroll.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
