Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate and manage patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge planning
- Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes through evidence-based nursing practice
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
