✅ Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- Minimum 1–2 years of CVOR experience
- Operating Room experience required
- Current BLS Certification (AHA )
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Assist surgeons during complex cardiovascular procedures
- Perform surgical counts and maintain patient safety standards
- Support patient positioning, transportation, and OR preparation
- Clean and sterilize surgical instruments
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered surgical team
