Description: Train closely with sales representatives and sales leadership to develop specific strategies to generate sales leads, industry growth and identify the best way to represent Smith. Research potential clients through tools such as CRM, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to verify viability, contact information and promote company brand to target markets. Enter and maintain customer profiles into Smith’s internal sales database. Heavy cold calling and prospecting of customers to advertise the value-added services Smith offers. Fine tune relationship building and full account management while qualifying leads and requirements from customers. Collaborate with the purchasing team to stay informed of inventory. Competencies: Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day. Aptitude to connect with customers over the phone, build relationships and close deals. Self-motivated with attention to detail. Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability manage proprietary data.
