HR Coordinator Duties
Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination
Help ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Support payroll and attendance record accuracy
Coordinate employee health and safety documentation and training records
Assist in planning staff appreciation, recognition, and morale-boosting initiatives
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
Participate in committees and compliance initiatives as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
