HR Coordinator Duties
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination
- Help ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Support payroll and attendance record accuracy
- Coordinate employee health and safety documentation and training records
- Assist in planning staff appreciation, recognition, and morale-boosting initiatives
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
- Participate in committees and compliance initiatives as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
