What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager and Trainer position at Couto Donuts Inc DBA Dunkin'?
Our Human Resources Manager and Network Trainer will assist our executive team in a variety of ways, including employee benefits and payroll, investigating employee issues and recommending policies and procedures to better our company culture. They will interview, hire, onboard and train new team members. Successful candidates will use their interpersonal skills to their advantage, as well as their work ethics. The right Human Resources Manager and Trainer will be capable of efficiently communicating with employees at all levels in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Attract and retain talent.
- Onboard and setup training for new hires.
- Develop employees.
- Monitor employees behaviors, including use of security systems, and provide corrective actions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR practices and make changes as necessary.
- Work with the team to develop training strategies and tools.
- Work with team members at their store location for training.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure that the workforce is balanced; assist with succession planning.
- Retain employee documentation, including disciplinary actions, and be able to effectively handle unemployment claims.
- Investigate employee matters with use of security systems.
- Handle unemployment claim matters.
- Respond to customer care incidents, following up with both customers and employees.

Rate of Pay: negotiable and experience considered
Work Hours: some flexibility offered, can be discussed. Must have some weekend availability
Experience: food service experience preferred to understand business training needs
