- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Team Management
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Representatives/Associates and Merchandisers
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability.
- Sales Execution
- Oversee sales team operations, merchandisers, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and CRM utilization.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve team effectiveness.
Required:
- Food & Beverage experience with Banking.
- Must Fluent in English & Spanish.
