Responsibilities

- Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and filing systems to ensure all resources are readily available and organized.
- Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support bookkeeping activities utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients or visitors with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office cleanliness.
