Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, greeting everyone with a warm and professional demeanor.Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information.Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities upon request.Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders; oversee workplace services such as mail distribution, office supplies, and onboarding support.Respond promptly to inquiries or complaints from employees and guests, delivering solutions with a customer-first mindset.Organize and execute on-site events, including reserving space, handling setup and teardown, and managing supplies.Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all occupants.Collaborate with vendors to maintain quality service and timely delivery of goods.Communicate detailed information clearly within the team and follow manager instructions precisely.Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues, with limited discretion for decision-making.
