A growing professional services organization is seeking an Operations & Administrative Specialist to support day-to-day office operations and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support general office and operational needs
- Provide accounting support for bill entry, expense tracking, and time reporting
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal logistics
- Manage company social media accounts
- Contribute to internal projects and company initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- At least three (3) years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
- Educational requirement - Associates degree (Business or Accounting a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Bookkeeping and social media experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional
- Comfort working across teams and priorities
