Operations & Administrative Specialist - no visa sponsorship and must be local to Pittsburgh

📍 On-site | Full-Time – Pittsburgh, PA


A growing professional services organization is seeking an Operations & Administrative Specialist to support day-to-day office operations and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


What you’ll do:

  • Support general office and operational needs
  • Provide accounting support for bill entry, expense tracking, and time reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal logistics
  • Manage company social media accounts
  • Contribute to internal projects and company initiatives
  • What we’re looking for:

    • At least three (3) years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
    • Educational requirement - Associates degree (Business or Accounting a plus)
    • Proficient in Microsoft products
    • Bookkeeping and social media experience a plus
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional
    • Comfort working across teams and priorities
  • This role offers exposure to multiple areas of business operations with room to grow as the organization evolves.
