Position: Lab Technician

Location: Cleveland / Akron, OH

Duration: 6-Month W2 Contract

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Lab Technician to join a growing team supporting product testing and development in a laboratory environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, running tests, and contributing to real-world product innovation.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to perform laboratory testing, document results, and help ensure projects stay on schedule. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and like working in a structured lab setting, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Perform laboratory testing using established test methods and procedures

Set up, operate, and adjust laboratory equipment and instruments

Accurately document test results and technical data in electronic lab notebooks and project files

Maintain organized records in accordance with ISO and internal quality standards

Collaborate with team members to keep testing schedules on track

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment

Manage assigned tasks and timelines while working under moderate supervision

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and testing procedures

Comfortable using computers and software to capture and record data

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
