Our client is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to join their growing team! The Senior HR Analyst supports HR operations by ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HRIS data, managing drug testing programs, and streamlining HR processes through data analysis and automation.
Salary Additional Benefits:

Location: Irving, TX OR Houston, TX - REMOTE
Type of Position: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations; prepare and submit HR compliance reports.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce); generate reports and analyze workforce trends.
- Monitor employee completion of mandatory training, certifications, and policy acknowledgments, address compliance gaps.
- Develop and distribute HR reports on headcount, turnover, performance, and other key metrics; provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Manage DISA drug testing program: schedule tests, send notifications, prepare eCCF forms, maintain documentation, and track compliance.
- Assist with background checks and customer-specific pre-access requirements; process compliance reports and reconcile related invoices.
- Support third-party compliance across areas such as driver eligibility, jobsite access, pre-qualifications, and training.
- Generate and submit 022BAT reports to ensure customer compliance.
- Reconcile and submit invoices related to compliance processes.
- Support compliance in key areas including driver eligibility, jobsite access, pre-qualifications, and training tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Power Bi preferred
- Experienced in employee transactions
- Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and best practices in reporting.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
