Industrial Automation Maintenance Technologist

Location: Henderson, KY 42420 | Hire type: Full-Time | Shift: 3rd Shift | Pay: $38 - $42 /hr

Protect uptime and product quality for a world-class manufacturer of engineered automotive and industrial components partnered with Mural—solutions designed to control noise, vibration, and harshness in critical systems.

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production assets and facility systems
• Pinpoint and fix issues spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains
• Jump on breakdowns to minimize disruption and restore throughput quickly
• Refine PM programs to lift reliability and extend asset life
• Leverage manuals, prints, and schematics to guide safe, effective repairs
• Use PLC diagnostics to trace faults and support troubleshooting (programming rarely required)
• Collaborate with operations to identify chronic failures and implement lasting solutions
• Capture precise work history and documentation in CMMS
• Operate to safety standards and drive continuous improvement
• Support new equipment installs, commissioning, and validation

• 3 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance
• Proven electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with motors, VFDs, conveyors, and automated machinery
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings and documentation
• Comfort with PLC-based troubleshooting
• Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Willing to support flexible scheduling, including nights/weekends as required

• Multi-craft background (electrical mechanical)
• Experience in high-throughput or automation-heavy plants
• CMMS proficiency
• Familiarity with Lean or CI initiatives
