Color Masterbatch Blending Operator

Mural is hiring on behalf of a global specialty chemical and polymer leader with continuous operations across Michigan, Massachusetts, and Ohio. Join the team producing polymer colorants and specialty additive materials for automotive, packaging, appliance, and consumer goods.

• Set up and operate blending and extrusion machinery per SOPs and safety protocols
• Accurately weigh ingredients to recipe standards and monitor process conditions
• Troubleshoot routine issues; escalate promptly to a supervisor when needed
• Verify materials meet quality requirements; pull and submit lab samples
• Log production data and complete system transactions and paperwork
• Clean equipment and keep work areas audit-ready throughout the shift
• Comply with safety, ISO, and EHS policies; wear PPE without exception

• Have 1 year in blending, mixing, extrusion, or plastics/chemical manufacturing?
• Comfortable setting up and running production machinery with basic troubleshooting skills?
• Capable with computers for documenting production data?
• Able to lift 55 lbs regularly and work in a chemical/industrial setting?
• Available for 2nd shift with reliable transportation to Albion, MI?
• Hold a high school diploma or GED?
