What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOUSE KEEPING position at Mullinax Ford?
Hyundai Montgomery is looking for a personable, hard-working team member who is self-motivated and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. We are looking for talented candidates who are organized and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this position, you will be responsible for helping ensure that our guests have a great experience. The housekeeper is primarily responsible for taking care of the general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs.
- Clean and sanitize all offices, restrooms, public areas, etc by following Company standards
- Clean and sanitize all bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
- Replenish all restroom items such as toilet paper, paper towels, seat covers, soap, garbage bags, etc.
- Empty all trash receptacles
- Assist and notifies maintenance of any issues.
- Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request items as needed.
- Work closely with management to maintain open communication.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this job:
- Ability to speak and comprehend English at level sufficient enough to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Ability to walk the property all day and lift 25 pounds or greater
- Trustworthy, reliable, and detail oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be able to pass background screening , motor vehicle check, and drug test
