Facility: Kern Valley Healthcare District
Location: Lake Isabella, CA 93240
Shift: Night Shift
Pay rates: $20-$25.00 per hour

Job Description:
Kern Valley Healthcare District is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide direct and indirect resident care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN).
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and resident support
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Observe and report patient conditions to nursing staff
- Support resident comfort and healthcare needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Current California CNA Certification Required
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association (AHA) Required
- Basic Computer Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English – verbal and written
