POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the technical side of Point of Sale stations and related equipment. This position has no supervisory duties.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to communicate and work well with others and possess a willingness to work the necessary hours to meet our needs
- Proficient at troubleshooting & analyzing information thoroughly
- Advanced knowledge and understanding Windows based OS
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Point-of-Sale computer hardware
- Ability to follow established policy and procedure
- Self-motivated, professional individual who needs minimal supervision
- Be very flexible in scheduling and be available for occasional overtime
- Must have strong work ethic

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on PC’s using approved methods and processes.
- Install hardware and software.
- Complete necessary documentation as required on a daily basis.
- Install/configure/repair network and local printers.
- Train cashiers on basic computer and POS knowledge.
- Communicate and interact as required with end users and internal staff.
SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Back up role to MIS Manager.
- Know and understand the Guest Services operation.
- Ability to run needed reports
