POSITION SUMMARY
The Lift Operator maintains orderly passenger traffic, advises and assists guest as needed, maintains a responsible surveillance of the particular lift station, and overall, assumes responsibility of the lift for the assigned shift.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a professional manner
- Ability to observe and apply all applicable safety standards
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrates time management skills.
- Using logic and reasoning to offer solutions to problems.
- Teaches others new processes and procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and proved snow removal as needed

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide, at all times, superior guest service
- Set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification.
- Prevention of fraudulent lift access.
- Maintain knowledge of & abiding to company policy of dealing with fraudulent tickets & passes
- Always provide safe and efficient operating control over the lift
- Pay attention to the loading and unloading of guests
- Must assist with snow removal
- Preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones.
- Maintain accurate written daily reports
- In addition to the uniform issued, it will be required to provide: Gloves or mittens, Eyewear (goggles/sunglasses), Thermal wear, Black ski/snow pants.
