```Duties```
- Making Schedule for floor staff base off the facility needs.
- coordinate appointments for patients in a long-term care setting
- Manage and maintain the appointment calendar, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with floor staff and patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Collaborate with Nursing Team to ensure proper scheduling and patient flow
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling and appointments
- Update patient records with appointment details and any changes or cancellations
- Update employees Time and attendance.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or scheduling REQUIRED- ----------Familiarity with ON SHIFT
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
