Cost & Inventory Finance Analyst

We are hiring a locally based Cost & Inventory Finance Analyst to support our U.S. manufacturing operations. This role will focus on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant sites.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities｜主要工作內容

• Lead and execute operational improvement and productivity projects
• 規劃並執行營運改善與效率提升專案
• Support annual operational targets using PDCA methodology
• 透過 PDCA 管理循環協助達成年度經營目標
• Conduct cost collection, analysis, and optimization of factory labor and cost structures.
• 工廠工費統計、成本結構分析及優化
• Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-site operational initiatives through integrated management platforms
• 整合跨部門與跨廠區營運活動，並推動整合性管理與解決方案平台
• Drive the execution and implementation of continuous improvement projects to ensure measurable results
• 專案改善之執行與推動，確保達成具體且可量化的改善成果
• Design and enhance operating models to improve overall performance and productivity
• 設計並優化工廠營運模式，提升整體效能與生產力

Qualifications｜資格條件

Required｜必要條件

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• 大學(含)以上，工業工程／工業管理／財務會計或相關科系
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excel 與數據分析能力佳
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin
• 英文與中文流利
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and numbers
• 數據敏感度高、邏輯清晰、分析能力強

Preferred｜加分條件

• Experience in IE, Cost Accounting, or Production Planning/Control
• 具工業工程／成本會計／生管相關經驗
• Knowledge of cost management or industrial engineering methodologies
• 熟悉成本管理或 IE 方法論
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset; eager to apply technical expertise to solve real-world operational problems.
