Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator - LATAM
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
What you will DO:
- Manage day-to-day LATAM order processing and track shipment schedules
- Upload and maintain weekly POS report
- Follow up weekly backorder lists and order statuses
- Support the PM and sales team with sales-related tasks such as credit notes and sales in/out reports
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to sales
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager
What you will NEED:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree
- or 5 years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the sales team
