LHH is partnering with a fast-growing CPG/Manufacturing company looking to hire a Cost analyst to support leadership with operational finance, cost control, and data-driven decision making.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, scrap, inventory, and variances
- Support standard costing, new product costing, and pricing analysis
- Assist with forecasts, budgets, and month‑end close
- Partner closely with plant operations and corporate finance
- Support ERP reporting and inventory accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Cost analysis experience in manufacturing
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Hands‑on, plant‑floor mindset; comfortable partnering with operations
- CPG experience a plus

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
