Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory
Prospect and engage companies with 50 employees
Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and C-level executives
Maintain an active sales pipeline through outbound outreach and in-person meetings
Present tailored software solutions that address client business needs
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts
Support clients through implementation and go-live processes
Stay current on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends
Travel up to 25% as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business or Sales
Experience in a competitive B2B sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
