We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Representative to join our growing window and door sales and installation team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to leads to drive sales, answering incoming customer inquiries, and coordinating service requests to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
* Outreach & Follow-up: Proactively contact potential leads and past customers via phone, email, and text to generate new window and door sales.
* Consultation: Educate customers on our product offerings, helping them select the best windows and doors for their specific needs and budget.
* Estimates & Quoting: Prepare and deliver accurate pricing quotes and proposals to potential clients.
* Closing Deals: Follow through the sales pipeline from initial contact to securing the final sale.
Customer Service & Inquiries
* Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing prompt, friendly, and accurate answers to customer questions regarding products, pricing, and project timelines.
* Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business or referrals.
* Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding swift and fair solutions.
Operational & Service Support
* Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, site measurements, and installation dates between customers and our installation crews.
* Order Processing: Enter sales orders into the company database accurately to ensure the correct windows and doors are manufactured and ordered.
* Service Coordination: Dispatch technicians for post-installation warranties, repairs, or service requests, ensuring the operational side of the business runs smoothly.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. (Experience in construction, home improvement, or window/door industries is a strong plus).
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a comfortable, confident phone presence.
* Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and order processing systems.
* Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns effectively.
* Drive: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing both sales goals and operational tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
