Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Location: Pulaski, TN (Relocation Not Available)
Salary Range: [$20.00-$22.00]
Employment Type: Full-Time 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:20am

MS Companies is seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor to lead a team of inspectors, maintain customer satisfaction, and leverage our proprietary technology to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in a manufacturing or light industrial environment, excellent communication skills, and a disciplined approach to quality control and process improvement. Foam experience is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience leading or supervising a team of at least 5 employees in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, counsel, and develop employees
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a disciplined approach to managing responsibilities
- Customer service and relationship management expertise
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work any shift as required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments
- Exposure to quality systems, process improvement, or lean manufacturing methodologies
- Experience using production or time-entry software
- Foam manufacturing or inspection experience (a strong plus)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and customer standards
- Develop and implement work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Support manufacturing quality by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Monitor processes, control points, and personnel to maintain consistent quality
- Communicate expectations to employees, monitor performance, and enforce policies and procedures
- Maintain collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Schedule, assign, and oversee quality personnel to ensure production plans are met
- Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure service excellence
- Accurately enter time and data into automated systems to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction
Physical and Environment Requirements
Physical expectations and working conditions associated with this job may include standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods; lifting up to 30 lbs; and working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with moderate noise and activity.
