Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi using traditional techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and innovate menu offerings.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Roller in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, seafood preparation, and flavor pairings.
- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
