Server Assistant $13/hr PLUS TIPOUT

Position Summary:
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service, ensuring the dining room is consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready, and assisting servers in delivering a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Refill water and assist with food delivery and table support as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, attentive support
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Restock service areas with necessary supplies (glassware, silverware, linens, etc.)
• Assist with pre-shift setup and post-shift breakdown
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
