Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and support large-scale network infrastructure and software-defined networks.
Required Skills:
4 years of NOC, Network Operations, or Network Support experience.
CCNA Routing & Switching certification or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
Experience troubleshooting network incidents, ISP escalations, and Severity 2/3 tickets.
Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog.
Knowledge of network performance monitoring and incident resolution.
Preferred Skills:
Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform networking.
ISP, Telecom, or Satellite Networking experience.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
