Job Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA (On-site)
Duration: Full-time
Shift - Morning and evening- (Shift timing will be morning around 7 am to 2 or 3 pm (calculate 8 hours) or evening shifts 2 pm to 10 pm)
Job Description:-
Mandatory
- 4 years of Network Operations / NOC / Network Support experience
- Certified - CCNA Routing & Switching (equivalent certification)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
- Experience troubleshooting network incidents, escalations, working with ISP
- Experience in Software Defined Networks and BGP, OSPF Protocols
- Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)
Optional / Preferred
- Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Network automation (Python)
- Basic AWS/Azure/GCP networking knowledge
- ISP / Telecom experience
- Satellite networking experience preferred
