Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Major Incident Manager with strong experience leading critical IT incidents, managing global support teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders.
Required Skills:
15–20 years of IT experience, including 8 years in Major Incident Management leadership.
Strong expertise in Major Incident Management (MIM), ITIL, and ITSM processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Mandatory).
Lead P1/P2 critical incidents, escalations, and command-center operations.
Coordinate global teams across infrastructure, cloud, networks, and applications.
Excellent customer-facing, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration.
Experience supporting North American enterprise clients.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
