Movement Search and Delivery is working with a manufacturing organization in Perrysburg, OH to identify and evaluate a Reliability Engineer
About the Role:
This is a high-impact opportunity to bring structure, discipline, and reliability focus to plant maintenance operations. You will own preventive maintenance planning, drive system administration, and coordinate contractors and facilities work to keep equipment performing at its best. The role blends daily coordination with longer-term planning that directly supports uptime and operational excellence. What You Will Do:
- Own preventive maintenance planning and scheduling to keep critical equipment reliable
- Administer and maintain the plant’s CMMS system for accurate work order and asset data
- Coordinate third-party contractors and facility-related projects from planning through execution
- Support long-range maintenance planning, including shutdowns, major repairs, and advance project work
- Track KPIs, downtime metrics, and performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with technicians and engineering to prioritize work, identify critical spares, and align resources
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, facilities, reliability, or engineering
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo, L2L, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to learn
