We're partnering with a well-established metal manufacturer to identify a Quality Manager who will lead the quality function, champion continuous improvement, and help drive operational excellence across the facility.

What You'll Do
- Lead the site's Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
- Manage and develop the quality team
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Analyze quality metrics to improve performance and reduce defects
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Support internal and external audits
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming material quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading Quality in a metal manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
- Proven leadership experience managing people
- Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing experience
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving expertise
- Bachelor's degree is not required—experience is what matters
Preferred Experience
- Sheet metal manufacturing
- Five or more years in a Quality Management leadership role
- Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment
