What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Finance Controller position at Movement Search & Delivery?
Compensation Target:
-110-125K
-10% Bonus
-3 weeks vacation sick time

-Smaller Automotive Manufacturing Plant (Clean Process)

-Must have experience with: budgeting, forecasting, managing month end close, Piece pricing/variance analysis
Growing Automotive Supplier looking for a self-motivated individual who has at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in plant financial leadership. This individual would report directly to the Division Controller.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Accounting:
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Month-End GL Reconciliation
- Reconcile Sub-Ledgers
- Reconcile AR and AP
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Review Payroll
- Assist in preparation of 13-week cash flow
- Bank Compliance
- Audit Preparation
- Assist VP of Finance and CFO with special projects
- Fixed Asset maintenance
- Maintain Cost Summary Sheets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Finance
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
