What Makes This Role Exciting

• Lead a large, skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping a highly automated, high-volume operation running at peak performance.
• Influence big decisions—own the capital plan, EOM strategy, and critical reliability efforts for the site.
• Work with a wide range of technologies including hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, power transmission, welding, and fabrication.
• Be a key driver of predictive & preventative maintenance, CMMS utilization, and long-term asset care strategies.
• Make a measurable impact by improving equipment uptime, safety, and performance in a facility that values continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• 7 years of maintenance leadership, ideally within a fast-moving industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven success supervising and developing large teams.
• Strong working knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and reliability systems, including CMMS platforms.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, P&IDs, and technical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve downtime issues.
• Strength in budgeting, planning, and organizing maintenance activities at scale.
• Experience performing or directing root cause failure analysis and driving permanent corrective actions.
