Financial Analyst - Utica, MI

This role will support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compliance, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to help drive smart business decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and support timely financial statements
- Analyze budgets, revenue, costs, and financial trends
- Reconcile accounts (AR, AP, taxes) and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and board reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support audits, special reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, integrity, and self-motivation
- Professional certification a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
