Compensation: Up to $21.00hr (Based on experience & education)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Are you passionate about education and youth development? Join Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) as a Paraeducator and help guide students toward academic and personal success. In this role, you’ll work closely with educators to support individualized learning and foster a safe, engaging classroom environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support
Collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs and lesson plans
Supervise students during class, transitions, and activities
Assist with substitute lessons and classroom routines
Participate in student meetings and staff development
Transport students for school-related activities
Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality

What We’re Looking For
21 years of age
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Satisfactory background check
Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
Experience working with youth (e.g., camp counselor, coach, babysitter)
