In this role, you’ll work closely with educators to support individualized learning and foster a safe, engaging classroom environment. What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support Collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs and lesson plans Supervise students during class, transitions, and activities Assist with substitute lessons and classroom routines Participate in student meetings and staff development Transport students for school-related activities Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality About Mount Prospect Academy Founded in 2003, MPA is a growing alliance of nonprofit agencies serving youth with complex needs across New England.
