We are accepting application for a hands-on Production Supervisor (1st Shift) to lead daily operations in our clients value-added production department.

What You’ll Do
As a key leader on the production floor, you will:
- Lead day-to-day production activities (cutting, portioning, marinating, packaging, etc.)
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and product quality
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accountability
- Run daily startup meetings and clearly communicate performance expectations
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Partner cross-functionally with QA, Planning, and Shipping
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of supervisory experience in food production or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP, FSMA)
- Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A hands-on leadership style (this is not a desk role)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
