Account Executive – Consumer Products / Home Décor
Location: Onsite | Full-Time
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 Depending on Experience
A growing and well-established consumer products company is seeking two driven Account Executives to support and expand a lighting business, with additional opportunities to contribute to future product ventures and growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and knows how to proactively generate business opportunities.
We are looking for organized, self-motivated sales professionals who can manage accounts, support executive leadership, and help drive continued growth across wholesale and retail channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers
• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, email communication, networking, and other sales initiatives
• Support executive leadership in developing and following up on sales opportunities and customer accounts
• Coordinate customer communications, schedules, meetings, and sales-related activities
• Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring strong customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Review and maintain customer, sales, and operational data within company systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Communicate proactively regarding delays, product updates, customer concerns, or service-related issues
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing high-level after-sales support
• Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and new product opportunities
Qualifications:
• Prior B2B sales experience required, preferably within wholesale, consumer products, home décor, gift, or related industries
• Experience developing sales leads and building business relationships from the ground up strongly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Excellent business judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
