What You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy
- Participate in monthly renewal strategy meetings with Producers to manage timelines and deliverables
- Provide technical support to Producers by reviewing quotations and proposals, identifying client exposures, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
- Assist in coordinating property and casualty claims through internal claims resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal partners
- Facilitate applications for new and renewal business, ensuring accurate documentation and timely binding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the client management system, including applications, activities, and policy changes
- Process and review endorsements and policies for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agency standards
- Stay informed on market trends and carrier appetite to support effective placement and service delivery
- Attend relevant training and educational programs and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness
- Recommend and implement process improvements that support company objectives
- Support retention and growth initiatives through proactive service and technical expertise
QUALIFICATIONS
What You BringRequired
- 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance
- Experience managing general liability, commercial property, business auto, and umbrella policies
- Prior experience working with an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and agency management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
