This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive organic growth, profitability, and client retention
- Build a strong sales culture through coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Partner with Practice Leaders, vendors, and shared services to improve operations and client experience
- Support firm-wide growth initiatives, including regional collaboration and M&A activity
- Ensure the office operates with strong communication, ethical standards, and alignment with Alera Group values
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (graduate degree a plus)
- 7 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong business, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager
