📅 Contract: 1 Year (Extendable up to 3 years)
🔍 What You’ll Do
✨ Lead development of new components, products & processes
📊 Analyze data, drive insights & implement improvements
🧪 Design and execute experiments (DOE) to validate performance
🛠️ Troubleshoot issues & perform root cause analysis
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams & lead technical discussions
💡 Contribute to innovative, potentially patentable solutions
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Strong systems engineering mindset
✔️ Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical devices
✔️ Expertise in Verification & Validation (V&V) strategies
✔️ Knowledge of FMEA, risk management & requirements engineering
✔️ Experience with standards like IEC 61010, ISO 13485, AAMI, or SAFe Agile
✔️ INCOSE certification? That’s a bonus! 🎯
🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s in Engineering 8 years experience
OR
🎓 Master’s in Engineering 4 years experience
